Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
Most orders will be processed and dispatched within 1‑3 business days.
For hand‑made custom‑order items, please allow up to 5 business days for production before shipment.
Hand‑made custom items are non‑refundable once production has started.

Shipping Options
Free Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 10‑14 business days. Most parcels arrive within 10 business days.

Expedited Shipping ($30)
Estimated delivery: 5‑8 business days.

International & Customs Notice
All products are shipped internationally across borders.
There may be no tracking updates for up to 3 business days while the package goes through customs clearance. This is normal for cross‑border shipments and does not mean your package is lost.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to intercept, reroute or recall the package. We shall not be held liable for any losses incurred after shipment has been confirmed.
